Wuyi Oolong is the earliest made oolong tea, first produced about 400 years ago. Its high levels of oxidation give it a darker and fruitier taste than other oolong teas. Wuyi Oolong is also known as WuYi Yan Cha; Yan (岩) meaning "rock" in Chinese.
