Experience the gentle, meditative exercise of Fengyang Tai Chi- perfect for relieving stress, elevating energy, and boosting your mood. It's fulfilling to learn and practice Tai Chi with a friendly community; you feel warm human connection as you exercise.

All levels are welcome, beginner through advanced. Whether it is your first time, you're a beginner, or an advanced practitioner, all levels are welcome.

Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi classes are held weekly, on Thursdays from 2-3 PM in Boxborough MA.

No Qi Gong in September- Restarting in October with a New Time

There will be NOT be any Wednesday afternoon Qi Gong classes during the month of September.

Qi Gong classes will restart in October with a new time, 7:30-8:30 PM, taught by Rebecca Emken.

Tai Chi classes continue with no interruption, 2-3 PM, on Thursdays.

In September 2026, Tai Chi Classes are held at the following dates and times:

  • Your footwear options are being barefoot, wearing socks or stockings, or clean non-street shoes. No street shoes allowed.

Do I need to register for classes?

  • Classes are held weekly, on Thursdays from 2-3 PM. You can drop in on an individual class by class basis. Each class can hold a maximum of 20 people.

  • You don't need to sign up, simply show up and enjoy practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi with us!
