2015 Monkey Cave Old Tree Shui Xian Tea
2015 Monkey Cave Old Tree Shui Xian Tea
0.3oz per package, 6 packages per box
Monkey Cave Shui Xian Tea has a sweet taste, with a long-lasting aroma. The tea leaves are from an old tree, from Wuyi Mountain in China. As tea ages, it becomes smoother and its quality rises. This tea is from 2015.
Shui Xian means “Water Immortal.” (In simplified Chinese, it is 水仙, and shuǐxiān in pinyin.)
Preparation Instructions:
Boil water. We recommend using spring water for better taste.
Add the tea leaves to a clay teapot.
Once the water is boiled, pour hot water into the teapot. At first, steep the tea for only three seconds, then pour the tea out.
Continue the process of steeping tea. As you steep the tea multiple times, the tea flavor becomes weaker. As the tea flavor lessens, increase the steeping time up to thirty seconds.
