Dosage:​ 5 doses, one dose per day.

Recommendations:

  • Avoid dairy products, sugary foods, and all raw, cold, or frozen items.

  • Refrain from consuming fruits during recovery; consume sparingly even after recovery.

  • Soak feet daily for 30 minutes in a decoction of 50g mugwort (Artemisia argyi) and 10g fresh ginger. Reduce mugwort to 30g after recovery.

Outcome:

Following the five-dose herbal regimen combined with Fengyang dietary therapy and the "Centenarian Project" foot-soaking protocol, the patient achieved complete recovery.
