All levels are welcome, beginner through advanced. Whether it is your first time, you're a beginner, or an advanced practitioner, all levels are welcome.
Classes are held weekly, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 PM in Boxborough MA.
Qi Gong classes are on Wednesdays from 2-3 PM.
Tai Chi classes are on Thursdays from 2-3 PM.

What are my footwear options?
Your footwear options are being barefoot, wearing socks or stockings, or clean non-street shoes. No street shoes allowed.
Do I need to register for classes?
Classes are held weekly, from 2-3 PM. You can drop in on an individual class by class basis. Each class can hold a maximum of 20 people.
