Ingredients:

• The Pu Er is harvested from an ancient, 100 year old tree in Yunnan, China

• The Chen Pi is from Xin Hui, Guangdong, China

• The wild Kuding tea is from Five Fingers Mountain, Hainan island, China

Serving Instructions:

1. Peel paper foil off

2. Place the ball in a tea pot and pour 4oz of hot water in the pot. Steep for 1 minute.

3. Pour the liquid out and serve

4. One ball of tea can be used more than 10 times

Recommended dose: 1 tea ball per day
