Dr. Wu’s TCM Apprenticeship Ceremony Application Form
I. Basic Requirements for Students
A passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Chinese traditional culture, with a belief in the TCM health philosophy of "70% prevention and 30% treatment."
A voluntary lifelong commitment to study TCM under the guidance of the master, to inherit both the compassion and the skills of the art, and to carry the mission of revitalizing TCM.
A pledge to contribute financially to support the development of TCM educational endeavors.
II. Apprenticeship Ceremony Arrangements
Apprenticeship Gift Offering: Students are required to prepare a red envelope containing 6,000 RMB as a formal gift to Dr. Wu, to be presented on the day of the ceremony.
Charitable Donation: Dr. Wu will donate the full amount of the red envelope that same day to the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine's Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, to support underprivileged students.
III. Apprenticeship Letter (Sample Template)

Upon meeting you at (time/opportunity), I was deeply impressed by your superb medical skills and noble medical ethics, which further strengthened my determination to study TCM under your guidance.

I vow to dedicate my life to its diligent study, to uphold and pass on the compassion and techniques of the art, and to practice the principle of "70% prevention, 30% treatment." I sincerely request to become your apprentice, to follow your teachings faithfully, study diligently, and work tirelessly to revitalize TCM and benefit the people.
