Tai Chi/Qi Gong

Through Tai Chi & QiGong, we promote healing in chronic and difficult diseases. By learning new postures and movements we become aware of different parts of the body, which enables us to release tensions and reestablish mind & body connection. Such awareness helps us to realize what inherent and acquired weaknesses each one of us has in the body, and ultimately leads to life style changes that heal and prevent disease. It is always at work to bring balance in ever-changing physical environment, having a far greater impact on our lives than an occasional visit to a doctor. For more information on the Principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong Practices, please click here. In our classes we teach Qigong Healing routines developed by Dr. Ming Wu or Master Tam. They are very easy to learn, and people generally feel more relaxed and grounded after class. The class begins with warm-up and stretching exercise followed by the Qigong and Tai Chi movements. Highly recommend for those who are looking for gentle and safe exercise to promote well-being. We currently have 4 classes and plan to add more classes in near future. Please check the Class Schedule section for more information.
