Green Leaf Wulong Tea

Green Leaf Wulong Tea are hand harvested in a wild grown on Phoenix mountain, Chouchow, China. The old tea tree forests are rich with biodiversity, fertile soil and ecological balance not typically found in cultivated tea gardens. This tea looks bright, clear and the aroma is fresh and hearty, its taste is sweet, mellow, and leaves a lingering refreshing aftertaste. Directions: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 3 tablespoons tea leaves and steep for 3 second. Then pour tea into cup.

Phoenix Mountain Tea (Oolong)

This tea is made from a native leaf varietal indigenous to the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong province, China. This tea is grown from trees over 500 years old in the township of Chaozhou, where there are only 500 old tea trees. This area is known to produce some of the best Oolong teas in the world and is also home to an artisan way of serving tea called Gong Fu Tea. “Skill from practice”. This type of Oolong is made with mature long leaves and is evident in the unique processing methods resulting in a long twisted leaf style indicative to this variety of Oolong. The cup is bright and clear with an amber hue. The toasty aromas give way to a subtle sweetness reminiscent of apricot and nectarine. It leaves a smooth lingering sensation on the palate. It is said that the Osmanthus and peach trees growing nearby contribute to the unique character of this Oolong.
