Pu Er Teas are hand harvested in a wild grown in the Yunnan , China. Direction: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tablespoons tea leaves and steep for 1 minutes. Then pour tea into cup. 1 serving of loose leaf tea can be steeped 6 to 10 time. Sit calmly, relax, breathe in the steam, sip, enjoy the life.
