We have known Dr. Ming Wu for over a year and a half. We study Tai Chi and Qi Gong with him in West Hartford, Conn. We meet two days a week. Here are some of the many reasons we study with Dr. Ming Wu. Why he has gained our respect and love.
The benefits from the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are numerous. Here are just a few. It has helped us come to the center of our being which provides the balance that is so essential to existence in today's society. Our concentration has deepened. We are more at peace with ourselves which in turn has brought us more at peace and in harmony with the universe. In this fast pace world in which we all live we have found that Tai Chi has brought the balance between Yin and Yang.
